Lužánek's unique greenhouses

We delivered windows and doors for the Lužánecké greenhouses project in Brno.

The largest and oldest leisure centre in the Czech Republic boasts another rarity, new greenhouses with science and polytechnic classrooms have been built in Lužánky. The premises in the adjacent garden on Lidická Street in Brno will offer those interested a modern carpentry workshop, courses on herbs and house plants and will even be turned into a butterflyarium for a few months of the year. LUSK, or Lužánecká Greenhouses, will open to the public next spring.

The original greenhouses in Lužánky have delighted children and adults for about seventy years, with renovations starting in February this year and now in November the interior is being furnished. During the construction, care was taken to preserve the original floor plan, as Lužánky Park is a protected monument.
